Tina K. Morrow, CPM               Tina K. Morrow is a licensed real estate professional in Georgia, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. and founder of Insignia University Commercial College. She has served as Regional Vice President for Hines, where her duties included managing four million square feet in Texas. She has also served as Senior Vice President of Insignia/ESG, where she oversaw National Engineering Services, National Contract/Lease Administration, Insurance and Risk Management, and Due Diligence and Transition departments, among others. Morrow is founder and president of The Scarab Group, a commercial real estate consulting firm providing operational expertise for companies and their property operations. Morrow attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, and also studied in Washington, D.C. and Detroit, focusing on xeroscaping and new urbanism. She is a long standing member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and sits on its Board of Education Committee. She serves as an advisor for National Property Management Partners. Morrow is credited with creating the first recycling program for commercial office buildings in Georgia and she volunteers her time and talents to a wide variety of ecological endeavors.    tinam@towncenterrealities.com
